Results

The 365Talents platform has given 6,700 employees access to a personalized talent experience, with 13,700 opportunities and 10,600 job profiles consulted in the first quarter of 2026. At the same time, 2,100 skills were dynamically declared across teams, uncovering strengths that had previously gone unnoticed by the Caisse des Dépôts HR teams.

This rollout was accompanied by in-depth change management work, with Artificial Intelligence fully embedded into the talent management approach. To bring employees, HR teams and managers on board, an educational approach to AI was put in place. Today, all stakeholders recognize that it offers greater transparency and opportunities.
