How is pricing calculated?
The commercial proposal combines: the number of employees on the platform, the modules chosen (Skills & Job Architecture, Career Developer, Talent Marketplace, Workforce Intelligence), the integrations needed with your HRIS, LMS, ATS, and the support tier you select.
What size organization is 365Talents built for?
365Talents is built for large and enterprise organizations, typically 1,000 employees and above, with complex skills frameworks, multilingual workforces, and a real ambition to become a skills-based organization.
Can we start with one module and expand later?
Yes. Some of our customers start with one entry point, often Career Developer or Talent Marketplace, then expand to Workforce Intelligence once their skills data is mature. The Skills & Job Architecture is the foundation that powers all four modules and is included with any deployment.
Are setup or onboarding fees included?
Implementation services are scoped during the sales process. Standard onboarding takes 6 to 12 weeks depending on the integration complexity. A dedicated Customer Success Manager is included for the duration of the contract, alongside named technical contacts for enterprise tiers.
How does 365Talents integrate with existing HR systems?
