The acquisition does not trigger any pricing changes. We continue to offer our solutions as standalone, you don’t have to bundle them with Docebo Learning solutions.
- Existing contracts honored: If you are already a customer, your pricing, terms, and SLAs are unchanged and will remain so for the duration of your contract.
- New prospects: Current pricing grids apply. There are no acquisition-related price increases planned in the near term.
- Standalone pricing available: 365Talents continues to be sold as a standalone solution, with its own pricing model independent from Docebo bundles.

Will 365Talents eventually be replaced by Docebo's platform?

No. 365Talents and Docebo serve complementary but distinct needs. Docebo specializes in learning management and delivery. 365Talents specializes in skills intelligence, internal mobility, and talent marketplace. The two platforms are designed to coexist and can be used independently. There is no plan to discontinue 365Talents as a standalone product.

Do I have to buy Docebo if I want 365Talents?

Absolutely not. 365Talents continues to be sold as a standalone platform with its own pricing and contracting. You are not required to purchase or adopt any Docebo product. The two can be used together for organizations that want both skills intelligence and a learning platform, but neither is a prerequisite for the other.

Who do I contact for support — 365Talents or Docebo?

Your point of contact remains exactly the same: the 365Talents team. Our customer success, support, and account management teams are unchanged. Nothing about your day-to-day relationship with us changes as a result of this acquisition.

Is my data safe now that 365Talents is part of a North American company?

Yes. Data hosting infrastructure and jurisdiction have not changed. All customer data continues to be hosted in Europe, processed under GDPR, and managed by the 365Talents team. Being part of a NASDAQ-listed group does not affect data residency or sovereignty. If you have specific data processing questions, our team is available to walk you through the details.

Will the product roadmap be influenced by Docebo's priorities?

The 365Talents product roadmap is defined and led by our own product team. While there will be natural areas of collaboration between the two platforms — for example, shared integrations or skill-to-learning connectors — the core roadmap for 365Talents’ skills intelligence capabilities remains independently managed and customer-driven.
