  • Prime Skills Extraction: AI now extracts skills and experiences from CVs, job descriptions, and opportunities—improving data quality while saving time.

One of the most exciting additions in our H2 2025 roadmap is the launch of our AI Agent Career Coach. This feature takes our AI‑powered matching to the next level by offering employees a straightforward, conversational guide to explore opportunities, understand suggestions, and navigate their next steps—right within your platform.

What it means for your workforce:

  • Simplified experience: Employees can ask questions and receive instant, relevant guidance.
  • Smarter matching: The agent leverages the same trusted data that fuels our existing AI, making career exploration more accurate and personalized.
  • Increased engagement: A coach‑like interaction keeps employees motivated and active in their career development.

This AI Agent builds directly on feedback from user surveys and product workshops, and it’s designed to make the employee journey even more autonomous and engaging.

Rosetta: Defining your unique Skills & Job Architecture

Every organization is unique—your skills and job framework should be too.
Rosetta reduces duplicate management and translation workloads while respecting the specificities you need to maintain. This approach has already:

  • Simplified skills governance for clients who migrated,
  • Enabled better curation of skills relevant to their use cases,
  • And given them granular control over what skills 365Talents manages on their behalf.

Looking ahead, Rosetta will also help you get ready for the EU Pay Transparency Directive (June 2026) with a future‑ready skills and job catalog.
