365Talents, a software company specializing in IT solutions for skills management, has announced a partnership with Orange, a major telecommunications provider. This collaboration aims to support skills management across the Orange Group in France and internationally.
An ambitious project supporting operational priorities
Skills are at the core of Orange’s strategic plan. The goal of this partnership with 365Talents is to roll out an innovative, skills-focused approach across the Group. By providing better visibility into available talent and opportunities, Orange aims to improve skills identification, facilitate internal mobility, and foster a culture of continuous learning.
Simplifying career paths to strengthen engagement
One of Orange’s priorities is to offer all Group employees an innovative digital solution that empowers them to take charge of their career paths.
The 365Talents solution, selected after a rigorous benchmarking process involving 60 participants from 13 entities, was piloted with over 8,000 employees over a 7-month period. It will be progressively rolled out starting in October to the entire Group — reaching 80,000 employees by the end of 2025, with a target of 125,000 employees. This project will help Orange prepare for future strategic challenges by identifying emerging skills and anticipating future needs.
