Simplifying career paths for greater commitment
One of Orange's priorities is to simplify and streamline career paths for employees, managers and HR teams across the group. 365Talents' solution, selected after a rigorous benchmarking process involving 60 participants from 13 entities, has been deployed to 6,000 employees. This project will enable Orange to prepare for tomorrow's strategic challenges by identifying emerging skills and anticipating future needs.
