2026 Product Roadmap: Turn your skills data into HR decisions

365Talents, now a Docebo company, unveils its 2026 product roadmap. The mission remains the same: empowering millions of careers by helping organizations and employees anticipate, evolve, and excel. With skills data at the heart of the platform, HR decisions are no longer made in the dark.

The merger with Docebo follows the “Better Together” philosophy: same company, same team, same product, and ambitious projects for 2026. Customer feedback is strong, with an end-user NPS of +40 points and a project leader NPS of +63 points.

AI at the service of talent

Prism AI Agent

The new AI agent, Prism, is already available to employees. It engages in direct conversation within the platform to understand their needs and preferences, then suggests relevant opportunities. The agent asks the right questions to guide reflection, translates needs into opportunities, explains why a suggestion is relevant, and highlights skills gaps while recommending alternatives.

Success is measured by the reduction in NPS feedback related to matching challenges, currently around 20%. After this first version, further improvements will be co-built with customers.

Geographic preferences

Employees can now define their geographic preferences directly in the opportunities portal. They can add as many as they wish, and these preferences are automatically applied to all suggestions.

LLM skills extraction

The LLM-based skills extraction algorithm improves suggestion quality. For some of our clients, this generated +25% positive feedback on open position suggestions or +20% on mission suggestions. Deployment will be completed across all platforms by the end of H1 2026. The algorithm will also be applied to training catalogs to improve skills and proficiency level extraction.

Workforce Analyst AI Agent

Planned for H2 2026, this AI agent for HR Admins, HR and Managers will answer strategic questions such as: what are the most critical skills gaps? Where should upskilling, mobility, or recruitment be prioritized? How is the workforce evolving over time?

Unified Workforce Intelligence

Skills management with Rosetta

The platform strengthens HR experts’ autonomy in managing their skills frameworks. After the rationalization and customization achieved in 2025, the goal for 2026 is to provide even greater autonomy for updating these frameworks.

Advanced job architecture

In 2026, 365Talents will deliver improved architecture and UX for managing job descriptions in multiple languages, along with a new role management layer linked to the job description framework. This also supports preparation for the EU Pay Transparency Directive, effective in 2027.

Unified employee profile

Planned for H2 2026, an AI-optimized experience will combine onboarding, notifications, and external suggestions. More enrichment suggestions will be offered around recent projects and internal as well as external training.

Transform your organization

A new cockpit will simplify the experience by turning complex data into actions, with key indicators to better understand the situation and prioritize initiatives. A new dashboard will identify critical skills gaps, with highlighted signals for managing skills supply and demand, and specific filters for global and local HR teams.

Mobilize your talent: professional reviews

One of the major innovations for 2026 is the launch of the professional review solution. It enables discussions on technical and behavioral skills required for the role, identification of future career paths and opportunities, selection of appropriate training programs, and exploration of mobility and reskilling options.

On the management side, HR Admins will be able to orchestrate campaigns with notifications and monitoring, and use customized templates that comply with local legal requirements. Managers and employees will have dedicated interfaces with actionable insights, and career plan management will be flexible enough to support both ongoing and timestamped exchanges. An early adopter program is already open.

Train on what matters

365Talents deepens its training integrations, offering an advanced integration with Docebo while remaining compatible with all LMS platforms (SAP, Workday, Degreed, LinkedIn Learning, Cornerstone, Bealink). The experience connects skills and training end-to-end: skills declaration, automatically transmitted training history, AI-enriched content, contextualized suggestions, and impact measurement. In 2026, skills and proficiency levels extracted from training will be integrated directly into employee profiles.

Assess to close your gaps

Skills assessment campaigns are already live. They allow HR to schedule annual campaigns, enhance the employee experience with clear benchmarks, and provide managers with a detailed job-level view. In 2026, new improvements will bring greater agility: ad hoc group creation for tactical campaigns, automated campaign launches with pivot data per business unit, and more flexible assessment across roles and domains.

A high-impact experience

365Talents continuously invests in simplicity. New features include guided experiences around workforce readiness with dedicated spaces on home screens, an evolved mobile experience for frontline workers (50% to 70% of the workforce at some clients), and a reinforced accessibility effort targeting 75% compliance in 2026.
